I have just been reminded of how much 'me' some of that dark 80s Goth stuff is, and my friends are being boring. AIBU to get wine (not blue nun or Liebfraumilch sadly) and listen to only Cure, Mission, Nephilim, and Mary Chain all night???

Sisters of Mercy is a must.. crowy please invite Wayne Hussey.. He kindly bought me a vodka & orange at the Warehouse in Leeds in 1984. He had the same but his was a triple vodka. I couldn't afford to buy him one back, I was 16.

Hello. I would say I was a semi-goth as I had to dress sensibly for work. But in the late 80's everyone was a goth weren't they, until the Brosettes came along.

I wasn't a proper Goth (listened to too much Depeche Mode). But I was once an alto in a choral version of This Corrosion.
