She's 35 weeks pregnant.

Is this real?

She's had previous premature still birth.

Most of it is bemoaning how dire and unrealistic it is at the moment (and generally posters can't wait for the new team to some in and hopefully restore proper, character-driven story lines that are less implausible).

But yes, Sarah appears to have sudden onset labour at 35 weeks.

Her second pregnancy ended with placental abruption at 6 months. Billy died neonatally.

She had a placental abruption at 6months after complications in pregnancy previously with Billy.

She's now just been left in a waiting room in a wheelchair.

Hope she had her maternity notes in her bag!
