To actually be happy that I was right about a troll

Reported my first thread which was becoming more unbelievable, and was indeed a troll. Usually these things go over my head completely!

There's a person who pops up now and again on Digital Spy, MSE and The Student Room, I don't know if he or she has descended on Mumsnet yet. They ask if it's possible to get a payday loan for £10. They need nappies/babyfood/formula and will be able to repay the loan within a week. On questioning, they have no friends or family, asking for a sub from work is out of the question, the neighbours are awful, the poor baby is distressed it is so hungry etc etc. Invariably some kind soul PayPals them the money, and then the poster vanishes.

I'm inclined to advise them to take their laptop/tablet/phone to Cash Converters but then again I'm a cynical cow.
