Find it very amusing when someone asks me 'so what do you do?' as I could be here all day listing everything... events, characters, nanny, model, dance, recruit..... Sleep.... Do it all again Lol

I should just say "portfolio career" or carry around my CV with me everywhere when asked!

waitrose it's a VERY SPECIAL SUCCESSSFUL EVENTS COMPANY!!!!.
Got to hand it to her though, she's consistent.

PaulAnkaTheDog · 16/03/2016 17:41

I wish I was Pippa. I wish I had famous friends, a successful events company that specialises in Disney Princesses and a husband partner who is so attractive I take compliments about it as an insult (I still don't get that one).

Seriously though, it's getting old.

curren · 16/03/2016 17:41

I have been here five years. I have mentioned my job a handful of times. Usually because people have asked for some advice from people who have experience in that area.

I find it so odd that all your posts drop in your company.

gamerchick · 16/03/2016 17:42

Dripping with it tim Grin

WutheringFrights · 16/03/2016 17:42

Derek I thought she was Anna? Cos you know, only people with lots of money can afford her to be Elsa...

PaulAnkaTheDog · 16/03/2016 17:42

I think she's just waiting for someone to ask the company name...

SushiAndTheBanshees · 16/03/2016 17:43

Hang on a second. Are you Carole Middleton? Children's party planning (I'm sure she has employees she's hired), nannying (she is a hands on grandma/nan after all), model (well, Is in the papers while she's wearing clothes)? Only one missing is dancing, but as my mum always said, you never know what all goes on in a marriage...

WaitroseCoffeeCostaCup · 16/03/2016 17:45

Hopping is it wrong I secretly look forward to her daily brag post?!

BirthdayBetty · 16/03/2016 17:46

Are you touting for Business?

DextersMistress · 16/03/2016 17:47

I think I love you pippa.

Not only are you successful, you're obviously talented, beautiful and so modest to go with it.

The one thing I'm in awe at mostly though is your rhino-esque skin.

Either that or you're just a GF extraordinaire.

ElsaAintAsColdAsMe · 16/03/2016 17:48

Fwiw the parent partnership at my school have a few Disney costumes and we go to various things to raise school funds. I wouldn't say that we run a successful events company, we twat about in a stupid costume for a few quid a couple of times a month.

InvictusVersinium · 16/03/2016 17:49

Where is your friend ginagiraffe?

pavlovapippa · 16/03/2016 17:50

Can't even make a light-hearted post without being jumped on! However, I don't mind as I know none of you mean to offend - in fact it's good fun to read your comments, especially the speculation of my identity (Carole Middleton? Hahaha!).

I don't do Elsa, WutheringFrights as I'm a natural redhead and hate wearing wigs so just use my natural hair which is perfect, and so much more believable than a bad quality wig. When casting the girls for princesses I try and take these things into account.

Sorry if you think I'm shamelessly posting just to promote my business but it really is my pride and joy and I love talking about it!

WaitroseCoffeeCostaCup · 16/03/2016 17:52

Pippa, do you have a website?

JolseBaby · 16/03/2016 17:53

And we just love hearing about your VERY SPECIAL EVENTS COMPANY.

So please, do start thread after thread to talk about your VERY SPECIAL EVENTS COMPANY, because there might just be a MNer out there who hasn't heard the good news!

Hmm
pavlovapippa · 16/03/2016 17:55

No Waitrose, as we work through Facebook.

WorraLiberty · 16/03/2016 17:55

You know when people ask you, 'so what do you do?'

You realise they don't actually care, right?

It's like when you shakes hands with someone and they blurt out, 'Hi, how are you'?

They're not actually expecting a list of every ailment you've suffered that week...

HopeClearwater · 16/03/2016 17:55

Your natural hair is perfect? How lucky. My hair is awful. Not at all princess-like. I don't need hair for my job though.

Tell us about the other qualities which make you so successful...

pavlovapippa · 16/03/2016 17:56

Hope I think that come out in the wrong way, I meant that it's perfect for the character of Anna from Frozen. My hair definitely is not perfect!

OP posts:
MagicalHamSandwich · 16/03/2016 17:56

They're not actually expecting a list of every ailment you've suffered that week...

Please do come on over and explain this to my co-worker!

WaitroseCoffeeCostaCup · 16/03/2016 17:58

Pavlova I'd love to see it!

HopeClearwater · 16/03/2016 17:59

So you impersonate Anna at parties? I have boys. I have missed all this Frozen stuff. Anyway - where were we?

sparechange · 16/03/2016 17:59

I think the technical term for someone with so many amazing jobs is a 'mumtrepreneur' or 'boss babe'
You have to put hashtags before it though or else it doesn't count
