NattyNatural · 03/02/2016 01:18

Me to, I put bleach in the loo of the en-suit before bed and I now feel sick, think from the fumes

Hate not being able to sleep Angry

chelle792 · 03/02/2016 01:34

Zzz I just got up for a cuppa. Back in bed again but brain still buzzing

Bestoftimesworstoftimes · 03/02/2016 01:41

Pretend it's time to get up.
If you're a snooze the alarm clock type you may find it works in making you cuddle back down in deep dark comfort of blankets!

AlwaysDancing1234 · 03/02/2016 01:43

I've given up on sleep so now sitting in the sofa watching old episodes of 8 out of 10 Cats on channel Dave

chelle792 · 03/02/2016 01:45

Wide awake club again!
DD is a bit poorly and teething so I'm downstairs on sofa with her. She's now fast asleep on my lap so I dare not move. I'm really hungry and need chocolate and tea - but stuck here so can't have either. Grrrrr

Mindysgotswag · 04/02/2016 02:59

Wide awake here too. Work and family things going through my mind so I'm sat on the sofa watching repeated Come dine with me in the hope of it sending me to sleep.

Not working yet...and 3 episode in!

DorotheaHomeAlone · 04/02/2016 03:03

Pregnant and in agony with footcramp. Feels doubly unfair as my toddler is sick and woke me every 45 minutes last night. Now she's sleeping beautifully and I'm exhausted but awake. Angry

Devilishpyjamas · 04/02/2016 03:04

Me too. Although I need ds1 to go to sleep first....

pantsjustpants · 04/02/2016 03:36

Wide awake here too....

My dh is in hospital so lying here worrying about everything. Plus, and I know it sounds wimpy, I don't sleep well when he's not here. It doesn't happen often so never had to get used to it!

scarednoob · 04/02/2016 04:31

Hello. Can I play too? Greedy baby woke me up 45 mind ago and is still sucking away.

fuzzyllama for you:

can't sleep?
scarednoob · 04/02/2016 04:32
  • mins, not mind!
WhoWants2Know · 04/02/2016 04:36

I don't even have a baby, but still can't sleep. I've tried a bath and changing clothes, but no good. It would happen on the day where I have an early start...

fuzzyllama · 04/02/2016 04:42

scared that is so accurate. Bdp is snoring away next to me. Is it wrong that it fills me with all kinds of rage ?

PurpleHairAndPearls · 04/02/2016 04:51

Pants I hope your DH is ok Thanksto you and everyone suffering here.

I'm awake for the second night in a row due to high pain levels. It's bearable in the day but fuck the nights are long atm. I am lucky in that I can rest in the day though these days, I feel for everyone having to get up with little DC or work after nights like these.

I want to get up but I'll wake DH up.

scarednoob · 04/02/2016 04:52

Mine has been snoring away blissfully on our lovely squashy new sofa since he fell asleep during a film at 10pm. It gives me the rage too! Grrrr....

Devilishpyjamas · 04/02/2016 04:55

Still awake... (As is ds1)

Proginoskes · 04/02/2016 05:26

I'm still awake too (though it's only about 20 past midnight, am in the US). Ordinarily it's not bad but I just have this feeling that tonight's going to be one of those long nights. I have them every so often - even though I take melatonin and a sleeping tablet (ambien) I just don't get sleepy. DH, on the other hand...oooh it boils my piss sometimes that he can just decide that it's time to sleep, lie down and...sleep. I've been insomniac so long that I have no idea what it's like to be able to do that.

Anyhow, I figured since I'm going to be up a while I'll put a pizza in the oven. Must have sustenance for the Long Dark Night of the Soul! Grin

Mindysgotswag · 08/02/2016 01:22

Still awake here. My son is snoring away & maybe that's partly why I can't sleep? Watching the Gavin & Stacey Christmas Special whilst eating cheese on toast. Hungry!

Crankycunt · 08/02/2016 01:30

I can't sleep either. I swear it's something to do with the moon. I'm like this every month for a couple of days.

I'm going to go make marmite on toast, hopefully that'll help me sleep.

SucculentSoul · 08/02/2016 01:33

I'm wide awake. I have to be up in a few hours but I just can't turn my brain. I wouldn't mind so much if I was thinking about something important but it's just inane crap going around in circles Angry
