pIL offered to move out of their lovely house with garden to let family living in pokey flat in London move back to Midlands. How would this have gone on AIBU?

Can someone link to the thread on here about tattoo mum please? I didn't see that but did read it when it came out and was appalled. I strongly dislike the idea of my DS getting a tattoo but am not so stupid as to wreck my relationship with him over it! She was a hysterical numbskull.

I honestly think she sounds like a twat BUT the fact of the matter is the pil did agree to the house swap and without explanation or confronting the issue they have let the family down. The women I guess just feels let down and upset as we all would ibe this situation. She is unreasonable to say stuff like we gave them their only grandchildren etc.

I especially liked the way DilZilla had gone to the Midlands for a visit but was so furious at the PILS not moving out that she flounced off home. Back to get poky flat.

I can understand the frustration of generation rent but it's not justification for turfing your PILs out of their home! Such an entitled attitude. Great reply from Annalisa.
