Went to cinema this week with DH, planning to take DS and his brother tomorrow for birthday treat. I can't believe that in 2016 we will be forced to walk past this poster and that they have even called the film Dirty Granpa!

You can "good grief" me all you like. Children are inherently selfish, that behaviour is amended by social conditioning. This isn't so different. But as I said, this could be caused by nature, it could be caused by nurture (eg media, attitudes and social conditioning).
