No idea, pub wouldn't tell me. They are "investigating" but gave themselves 8 weeks to do it in... I've told them I won't go back until they tell me, so we're at an impasse at the moment, although Head Office say there is little they can do if the pub didn't record who paid. They are "uncomfortable" with giving me someone's name based on a member of pub staff recognising the person, rather than the person identifying themselves.

Please does anyone know what happened with the OP who found the Tiffany box in her DP's coat pocket the morning they were travelling to stay with family for Christmas? That thread seems to have gone poof.

The jewellery one I think went into classics. It was for her and the story made me bawl. One sec.

I can't link on here but it's in classics under Ainu to be put out by dhs surprise. Don't want to spoil it.

Surly it was for her. It was, iirc, earrings from her DH's family accompanied by a lovely note saying how much they loved her and that the recognised what a rotten year she'd had (I think her DDad died).
