I've just read her conviction, she was cleared of racial assault, when the worker went to the hospital, there was no mention of it being a racist attack... it was only became a racist attack when the media became involved.

Cheryl has done well for herself by having a very pretty face, lovely hair and being part of a twee girl band beloved by tweens. She is a passable singer, a decent (but not spectacular) dancer and has had a disastrous relationship played out publicly which has given her the 'poor Cheryl' popularity. She doesn't offend me but I'm not a fan.
