Shall we have a little vote, here and now?

It's a big "no" from me.

It's not surprising anothereffing as I know my MP has not asked my opinion. None do yet they are representing us now in Parliament.

how else are we going to stop ISIS a chat around the table

ChazsBrilliantAttitude · 26/11/2015 14:17

At a push limited targeted airstrikes against IS
No boots on the ground
Peaceful transition to a democratic regime (the planes will have to watch out for the flock of flying pigs Wink)

  • What are they actually trying to acheive with airstrikes?

Yes - strictly with the proviso that we only bomb them with white poppies to show them that hatred and revenge is not our motivation. Though could envisage that action really getting their heckles up as they seem to want us to be seen as evil Islam haters to help their cause

ShesAStar · 26/11/2015 14:26

No - I think we should let the dust settle after what has happened in Paris recently. I think it's a knee jerk reaction and will end up being a massive mistake and we as citizens will pay for it. How many innocent people will be killed in Syria? How can we back this?

Elendon · 26/11/2015 14:27

No. Absolutely not.

I bet there are people in Syria who, looking at the news regarding our Government's current position, already trying to book themselves, and their children on a boat to go to Turkey. The Med at this time of year is just not safe to cross.

Noofly · 26/11/2015 14:28

Not right now. Undecided about in the future. It doesn't feel well thought out at all, but don't know what the solution would be, if there is a solution.

MajesticWhine · 26/11/2015 14:28

Undecided. With a comprehensive rationale and plan, then probably Yes.

Mabelface · 26/11/2015 14:28

No.

Patapouf · 26/11/2015 14:28

Categorically no.

I can't believe people are forgetting their outrage over the Iraq war already.
