So have had a rather heated debate with my dm this evening over watching Johnathon ross on two counts...

1. Yes I know she's had a shite load of work done but I think she looks amazing for 70

1. She got with elvis at 14 (he was 24). I'm not saying it's dodgy but I'm saying that I'm not surprised she left him/ my mum is saying "well that's how it was back then" .... Yes it provably was , but it's not surprising it didn't work out

I read her autobiography when I was a teenager and more recently this one

She was astonishingly beautiful and and also a very strong character to have come out of all that, I think.

I think even if they were the same age, no-one could reasonably be surprised that a relationship didn't work out...especially when you're married to one of the biggest stars around.

I think she looks lovely at 70.

I also think my mum looked lovely at 70, and she had the classic grey shampoo and set.

@worra aw I think anyone with a ki face looks lovely at 70, though must admit- that even in my mid 30s would t mind looking like priscilla at 70 lol

She went through a lot. I too read her book.

Which is weird because I always thought Lisa Marie looked like Elvis!

Perhaps they've morphed into one another or have the same plastic surgeon

He stopped sleeping with her after she had Lisa Marie. He couldn't reconcile the idea of a mother and a woman who had sex. She's always seemed a fairly decent sort to me.

Why not say it was dodgy? She was 14.

She's been living off the back of Elvis all these years...she should give it up! She looks good for 70...in an odd kind of plastic way.

the lighting in TV studios is always flattering and her eyes had been expertly made up but, sadly, she looks awful thanks to silicone fillers.

It was dodgy. Didn't he pretty much take her away from her family? He sweet talked her parents into letting him spend time with her. So creepy.

I saw her being interviewed and I think she looks terrible. Like a ventriloquists dummy. She was stunning so would have made an attractive older woman if she had left well alone but as she is now, nothing moves at all apart from her eyeballs.

Didn't see it but my take on her would be seems she's had an interesting life and am not that interested in critiquing her appearance, especially at 70!

My DH is always criticising people for having had cosmetic surgery and whilst I can agree that people may often look better staying natural - and not putting themselves through painful procedures - I do find the constant criticism and judgement of women's looks a bit aggressive (from him and others)

As to her being 14 when she got with Elvis, yes she was and when she moved to Graceland she was chaperoned by Elvis' grandmother Minnie Mae.

But I have to ask myself, what kind of parents allow their 14 year old daughter to move in with a 24 year old man? No matter how much chaperoning is going on or how famous he is.

Over the years Priscilla has written about Elvis being the "perfect southern gentleman" who waited till she had reached the age of consent but has also spoke of her being underage.

I think a lot of Elvis fans either love her or loathe her, personally I think she has done a lot for the Elvis name/estate. I don't like or loathe her, she's just his ex wife and I really wish he had married me Ann Margaret

She lived with her Mum, step Dad and half siblings. Her step Dad was in the forces, I guess her Mum did what the Men told her to do.

I just looked up pictures of her with Elvis and they are very similar-looking, same colouring, bone structure, face shape etc. So I guess it's not surprising that LM looks similar to both!

I dont think she looks great for 70 her cosmetic surgery didnt work it was a botch job i thought she was a decent enough guest and she has made the Elvis estate a thriving industry but looking great for 70 really ?

She used to be gorgeous, in fact even well into her 40's when she did the Naked Gun films she still looked stunning. I think she looks awful now, nothing wrong with a bit of botox but her face no longer even moves. It's not a good look.

Her surgeon was unliscensed aparently looking like she does now is tragic she regrets it or so i read, yes she was stunning in her 40s she should have left well alone .
