To be obsessed by a blackhead?

DS1 has had a huge really properly black blackhead in his right ear for weeks.

He sits to my left at the dinner table in it has been taunting me.

This weekend I bribed him to let me have it Blush and in meetings today my mind was wandering while I re-lived the experience.

Where does one get help for this kind of thing?

That video is amazing. I love blackheads, and ingrown hairs. I have known to get quite shirty with DH for tweezing ingrown hairs around his jawline rather than letting me do it Blush Blush

My DS has one on the back of his earlobe. I have been trying for about 6 months to get it... But he just bites me at every attempt Sad.

Yes, the klaxon will alert your people, we are many. I can recommend Dr pimple popper. My DH knows bits better just to let me at his spots (and scabs, cause I'm truly grim). We have an agreement, he can pull my grey head hairs out, if I get him spots. It works for both of us. we are going to be bald and scabby together.

When I was married, xh and I used to have a friend who had a massive blackhead in his ear. My hands used to itch to squeeze it....

I went out with a guy for a couple of months years ago. He had the most glorious looking black head in one ear. Sadly our relationship never reached the stage I could launch myself at it.

Years have passed and I hardly remember the man, but I still have day dreams about the black head that got away.

Fwiw I relive the blackhead that lived behind my ear for eons.. it was just a lump and I couldn't see it. After contorting my earlobe and applying pressure it yielded, black, orange and white. Its never come back..sigh..

I think everyone has a spot or blackhead squeezing story they wish they could relive.

Mine was a cystic spot that made an audible crack as it broke and splattered it's contents. I dream of having another like that

DD2 had her ear syringes by the GP on Friday; he was positively gleeful, and didn't seem at all surprised that I wanted to watch.

It was huge. The size of a small peanut. I wasn't allowed to video though :(

I always wonder about the sanity of the people in those Dr Pimplepopper videos. I mean, why would you actually pay a doctor to have all the fun of squeezing those things when you could do it yourself?
