WHY are all the pound signs coming out as ?????? ARGH?!

it also doubles the number so 1 pound sign equals 2 question marks

There's another thread about this - it seems to be an issue with Chrome.

Flumplet what the hell are u using?! I've tried chrome on a laptop, safari on ipad, mumsnet app, safari on macbook, chrome on Sony mobile..... looks like a massive technological stealth boast

That's weird. I only did 3 pound signs and got 6? Instead.

That's a fairly good investment return
