YANBU, but I can see that the phrase needs using smewhere along the line. It's not that unusual that we get little heatwaves! They don't usually last long and we cope by going indoors or in the shade. You'd think we'd be used to it by now, but nope! Gives us all something to moan about!

Id ban people pointing out to me how much I must be struggling 'IN THIS HEAT' (37 weeks pg). Yes it's fooling hot my class of 8 year olds are struggling just as much as me!

I bloody love this weather, wish it would stay around all summer but I doubt it will. Though I grew up abroad where this weather thats considered a heat wave in the UK is a normal summer.

But when you're in Turkey or Greece, you can hang out in your bikini and swim to cool off.

problem is it goes from cardigan weather to fuck me it's boiling in one day. we never get to really enjoy much of a build up anymore.

I can't stand summer, says that start too early and never end, I end up looking a red sweaty mess with frizzy hair and bad tempered, roll on autumn with crisp sunny days , boots, jumpers , bonfire night.... I am counting the days
