I've just read that they ARE divorcing. I was hoping it was all vicious rumour. They seemed like a genuine, real couple. Can nobody ever stay married in Hollywood?

Wentworth Miller only came out when he moved over to directing. I loved prison break. He is gorgeous. I guess it's less of a risk to come out when you're moving to the other side of the camera.

Suppose it doesn't matter much who's gay and who's not - seems essential to be bi curious nowadays in showbiz (except for gwennie, who is decidedly uncurious about everything it seems, and vica versa) . I think they fail for the same reason a big number of marriages fail nowadays - mainly, the perception of too much choice. Years ago it was hard to meet numerous people outside your vicinity - now the internet brings them into your front room so, some people never stop looking as there's always somebody else. Also, work is another thing that brings thoughts of other people into your marriage. 2 people in high flying, high powered careers involving many days apart + meeting different people...heady mix of temptation. Most people aren't saints and would find that hard to resist. Just the way of the world now I suppose

Soup - totally agree. However, Pumpkin made a great point upthread - there is no gay major lead actor ( male or female) who plays straight roles. Seems either the audience or the studio - or both - just isn't quite ready for that, for whatever reason
