friend posting underware photos online going on about "no excuses"

No I'm not jealous. But one friend constantly posts pictures in a state of undress. I get that they are into the gym and that but today they've just posted "I work full time during the week and bar shifts at weekends, there is no excuses"

Apart from they are single , no children, no dependants, they work as an estate agent (not exactly rocket science), don't have a garden, don't need to help out their family and they have always been in good shape, probably due to genetics etc.

U friend

DoreenLethal · 24/06/2015 08:22

'Bully for you love. But you are an estate agent so not to be trusted ;)'

Silvercatowner · 24/06/2015 08:22

Just unfriend her. Apart from anything else, her grammar is appalling.

AuntyMag10 · 24/06/2015 08:23

Just unfriend her?

DonkeyOaty · 24/06/2015 08:23

I would catsbum at the poor grammar

"There is no excuses" and then just ignore

batteredlanger · 24/06/2015 08:23

Haha yanbu. No one would want to see my underwares! Love the new phrase.

MissBattleaxe · 24/06/2015 08:25

I would defriend any friend who told me there "was no excuses" for not being a gym bunny.

Also, it amuses me that she probably drives to the gym to sit on a stationery bike.

hmc · 24/06/2015 08:25

Silly bugger - she has loads of free time to devote to her body beautiful

TedAndLola · 24/06/2015 08:27

Time to hide her posts I think! I've done it recently to a friend who's got into running and my god, she's really really dull about it.

QuinoaLenghi · 24/06/2015 08:28

If post "There are 1000 ways to live a good life: some priories their family, some their career, some their community, some the environment, some their physique. There are no excuses for asserting your way is the best way."

Pumpkinpositive · 24/06/2015 08:28

She sounds dreary, I'd unfollow or defriend.

But what does this mean:

they work as an estate agent (not exactly rocket science)

Are you a rocket scientist?

QuinoaLenghi · 24/06/2015 08:29

That should read "I'd post..."

derivingfromerth · 24/06/2015 08:30

Think I'm going to have to hide. It is so dull. Another one to add to the list. No long commute to work, just 10 mins down the road. Some people lack self awareness.

fastdaytears · 24/06/2015 08:30

Not sure that unfriending is extreme enough for this level of twattery...

derivingfromerth · 24/06/2015 08:33

No I'm not a rocket scientist but I do have a job that requires me to be highly qualified and is challenging mentally. Im just saying ea is just a sales job. And actually its easier than most sales as you just showing something to someone that they have already expressed an interest in. When ever I've bought a house its nothing to do with the Muppet that showed me around.

OP posts:
BolshierAyraStark · 24/06/2015 08:34

She sounds a twat & a boring one at that, I don't see the relevance of her career choice though? Rather rude of you to belittle it, unless of course you are a rocket scientist?

QuinoaLenghi · 24/06/2015 08:34

Please post my comment and see what happens. Make her self aware!

Moomintroll85 · 24/06/2015 08:36

Sounds annoying and attention seeking. I would unfriend. But I am always unfriending people, the latest one was someone going on about their 'new boobies' constantly. Urgh.

TantrumsAndBalloons · 24/06/2015 08:38

Is there any need to be so horrible about her job?
Good for you that you have a highly qualified job.
Sadly, this does not stop people being "muppets"

BuggerLumpsAnnoyed · 24/06/2015 08:39

She sounds like a twat but you do a bit too. Being and estate agent is a bit more complex then showing someone around. You've basically insulted everyone whose an estate agent.

TheGonnagle · 24/06/2015 08:42

Meh. Some people have too much time on their hands. When she's 50 and her knees are fucked you can just nod sagely.
Or you could take a photo of a big cake with a no excuses twatty hashtag next to it.

formidable · 24/06/2015 08:42

Yup, poor grammar is a facebook crime warranting a defriend.

Plus she sounds smug and boring.

derivingfromerth · 24/06/2015 08:43

I've only insulted ea that claim to have the most demamding job in the world. Like my friend who constantly goes on about how difficult it is, despite it being her only job as and adult and it sounds easier than when I worked in a shop tbh. Anyway I just hate ea that I've delt with.

No offence to other ea out there,I've just had bad experiences. There is a reason why they are one of the most hated out there.

BlinkAndMiss · 24/06/2015 08:44

I'd just post " it depends on your priorities" and then stop following her. Are you friends in RL? If she continues this praise party for herself to your face then I'd stop seeing her altogether. Does she have some sort of investment in the gym? Or is she trying to flog one of those clean living products? I have a Forever Living friend I've had to ignore for a bit, she's been completely brainwashed.
