Sometimes I think he's great . Good provider. Calm . Kind .
Other times I just can't bear hearing him breathe ! Feel like can't abide . Hate sharing same bed.
Is this b u or normal ?!!

Mine has been complaining that he is waking up with a dry mouth. That's because you snore like a fucking train all bastard night! Angry

(Sorry -I do the door handle grip of death thing when DP is driving Blush - but he is a crap driver, has had numerous minor accidents etc. Usually involving stationary objects like gate posts, walls and parked cars. When we go anywhere together I usually drive in my car (which he is banned from driving). I find just being on the passenger side freaks me out)

Paddy pants yes to the hidden pots and pans. And is quite capable of taking his empty cup to the kitchen and leaving it on top of the dishwasher but incapable of putting it in the dishwasher.
He can't seem to be able to empty the kitchen bin either just keeps squashing it down until the bag bursts.
And always driving off without fully releasing the handbrake. Every time I take my car to the garage I have to ask them to tighten the handbrake.
He is coming home tonight.....

Mine cannot understand the concept that it's possible to be lying in bed and still be awake and unoccupied.

If he can't fall asleep within 2 minutes (no exaggeration) of getting into bed he either a) starts huffing and puffing that he can't sleep or b) more usually starts expressing an interesting in being occupied in ways that I have no intention of encouraging when I've got into bed late at night.

Perhaps if he didn't fall asleep on the sofa most evenings he'd be more tired when he went to bed.

Oh, and he snores too. Git.

My DH has massive bloody feet and they're always in the way. However much room I give them, he still manages to trip me up.

He constantly fidgets in bed, and snores and can't do anything quietly, without causing a massive drama or involving me.

Last Saturday he stayed in bed until god knows what time, then got up and decided to cut the grass. By this time I'd walked the dog, tidied and cleaned up the kitchen, stripped the kids beds, done 2 loads of washing and hoovered, and was quietly occupied on the couch with a cup of tea and some sewing. "Can you just strim the edges" "can you just plug the extension lead in" "can you get me some bin bags" "you're just sitting there!"

Yes I bloody well am. Fuck off!

Used the oven tonight 1st time this week. Found a dirty grill pan in there obviously made himself a bacon sandwich over the weekend. Every time he is going out "have you seen my keys/wallet/phone". No because they're not mine and I didn't have them. 18 years I've been telling him to put them in the same place so he always knows where they are!

paddypants13 · 04/06/2015 21:42

SonceyD0g - well mine's all so at home tonight so at least there's no bigamy involved! I do think they are probably long lost relatives though...

Yes to putting things on top of the dishwasher. Put them IN the bloody dishwasher!!

Yes to lost keys, wallets, phones and everything else. Why can I never find anything I hear him cry! It's because you just dump things in random places around the house!

Aaaarrrggghhhh! He's lucky I love him.

You sound like you are in for a long and happy marriage.
My parents have now been married for 58 years, I have heard all of the above from both of them at one time or another.
To be fair, I never believed my mother's stories about father's snoring until I heard it for myself, however, my brother tells me that both parents snore and I suspect I do as well.
