Based on what you said previously, I don't think you are considering the broader definitions of the word 'prejudice'. It is not limited to 'pre judging someone based on their general characteristics' (your quote).
Definitions from Oxford Dictionaries:
Preconceived opinion that is not based on reason or actual experience
Dislike, hostility, or unjust behaviour deriving from preconceived and unfounded opinions
Which is exactly what I think you are doing, when you say DW is 'creepy and horrible', 'the kind of man I wouldn't trust to pour me a drink', 'a shifty bugger' and 'he seems untrustworthy and really really gross'.
You have offered no evidence to support any of your insinuations and I'm not aware of any information in the public domain which would give credibility to your suggestions. Disliking him is one thing, but your comments and imaginings extend further than that.

See above definitions of prejudice. I can't see any parallels between your comments about IDS and ApplePaltrow's comments about DW.
