Neighbour's bathroom overlooks my garden and is directly opposite our dining room table.

The are in the street behind my house and I think its a couple in late 20s/30s and a few young kids. I don't know them.

They do not have a blind over their bathroom window and the shower appears to be directly in front of the window.

My issue is that we (our youngest child is 8) do not really want to watch them in the shower, wanking, having sex (frequently) while we eat our dinner or sit in our garden (houses are quite close together). You can plainly see through the glass even though it is frosted.

WWYD - put up with it and live and let live or stick a blind catalogue through the door with a photo of what we can see?!

Fair enough really. You can't post pictures of someone virtually in the nip without their permission can you.

MQv2 · 05/05/2015 15:36

Oh I dunno
I'm sure it'd all be happy laughs if I started taking photos of my neighbour naked through her bathroom window without her permission and posted them here for the laugh.

Sleepy this thread is 3 and a half years old, I doubt it’s still an issue for OP

I had the exact same situation with the people who moved into the house behind us last year. They also have very bright ‘daylight’ bulbs in their house so when they switched on the bathroom light, it was quite eye catching! Luckily it seemed to be just showering rather than anything more adventurous but even with a frosted window, it was still a bit of eyeful from the waist up.

The brightness of the light bothered us more than the person in the shower to be honest but I did eventually mention it to them as I’d be mortified if I was in their shoes and would want to know I was flashing the neighbours! I’m not shy and retiring but had to steel myself for that conversation! Grin

We once stayed in a lovely Agritourism place in Sicily, the door had one way glass in it, we could see out but not vv. It was only after a couple of days there we were returning to our room one evening and we had left a light on that we discovered that at night it wasn't only one way! The little blind was clearly there for a reason!

SleepyGirl81 Why on earth did you do that? Confused
