So easy to get bored by the rhetoric politicians give, this site gives a very easy run down on how they actually vote.

If you're thinking about reelecting someone, just double check their actions.

My local MP is a right arsehole by all accounts!

Mine only voted with his party except on one issue where most of his party rebelled - he then he voted both ways.

I feel like sending him a spine.

Our MP resigned after being outed for sending indecent images of himself!!!
Other options are, 1) no way, 2) looks 104 yo, l hope he has the energy to live up to his claims, 3) ukip's enormous banner has already been vandalised, not that I was considering it, just amuses me I suppose, various others are... mehhhh!!!!

My MP is leaving. He seems to have been really good. I went to his surgery once - he talked a lot without listening (he was explaining his track record). What he should have done is asked me why I was here and listened rather than talking for 5 mins.

That has been incredibly useful.

I would never have voted for my current MP anyway (Tory) but seeing how he voted has reconfirmed my belief that he is a twunt of the highest order.

Sadly, there's no doubt he will get re-elected though. I live in a very sfe Tory seat :(

But still, my consience will be clear.

This was useful. I have always thought my MP was a waste of space, but he has shown some strong voting on social issues in a way I agree with.

We live in a Tory safe seat he has dodgy expense claims and am embarrassing son but always wins. He did some great work on aid but voted against marriage equality I feel like I waste my time but I will once again go and vote against him

Bloody hell.
I knew mine would be bad as he is a tory but to see in black and white that he votes against equal gay rights and higher payments for ill or disabled people has shocked me a bit. What an utter cunt fuck wit turd brain. Cock.
We are in a safe tory seat too Cat, it really pisses me off.

It's crappy isn't it?

Mine did vote for gay marriage which is something (though no surprise as he is gay)

But other than that, every vote was twuntish. Against higher payments for ill or disabled people, for a welfare cap, for the bedroom tax, for £9k tuition fees.......

Thanks for the website that is really interesting. I live in a safe tory seat as well.
Our local MP has a good local reputation and he seems fairly effective.

But, looking at the website he voted against equal gay rights and voted strongly for every cut in benefit going.

Mine isn't standing this time round. Just as well, given that he's just been convicted of assault......again.

In reality we haven't had a functioning MP for a few years now, but he's continued to be paid. Shocking waste of public funds. I've tried to contact him several times regarding a local issue and haven't even had the courtesy of a response.

My MP seems genuinely interested in his constituency. I have seen him on a personal and professional level and he has always helped and responded promptly. I will vote for him personally though I have no real allegiance to any of the parties.

My mo is always on the lookout for photo opportunities-I'd rather he just did some work. He voted against gay marriage so rules him out for my vote-he will get in anyway, the weasel....

I wish they said on which issues they had a free vote, otherwise it's just party policy they had to vote for. I won't vote for my current MP anyway.

My MP according to that is William Hague. He resigned a while ago or is he still my MP, but said ages ago he was not going to stand this time? Im not really sure how it works when someone leaves mid-term.

I looked at this for mine and when they came calling took them to task on their voting which is totally opposite to what they say they voted for - I don't mean slightly different either or in line with party policy.

Two of the things related to things I went to see them for and asked help with and they told me it was disgusting what had happened and if in government would never have agreed with it (MP wrote a letter and were no help whatsoever after that) When looking on that site I found not only had they voted for both, but had actually been part of the committee set up to research and implement one!

The response of my MP was that site is made up and lies they've given the same response to anyone who has quoted this site to them at hustings or via social media or the local paper.

In case anyone is wondering, it is a genuine reflection of how a MP votes and completely independent - mine is far from the only MP saying this website is made up and lies.

I didn't vote for 'my' MP and definitely won't this week!!

I would love to get rid of mine (she's the one with dodgy expenses and insincere apologies which led to her resigning from her cabinet job but not, unfortunately, her MP job). However, this is a ridiculously safe seat.

We had two women who wanted to job share an MP role, which would have given us another party in the mix, but local council wouldn't allow them to stand. So much for promoting flexible working!
