I enjoy reading books like 50 Shades of Grey. What helps you get in the mood?

I hear so much negative press about 50 Shades etc. but I tend to think the people who are so anti these books should relax and enjoy them for what they are. They are great for taking your mind off the day to day stresses and making you feel like a bit of love making!

Are you the author?

Icimoi · 07/04/2015 09:09

Sorry, SM just doesn't do anything for me.

Allbymyselfagain · 07/04/2015 09:10

I don't enjoy reading about abuse sorry. If you want to read about true BDSM there are plenty of better options out there

TrulyTurtles · 07/04/2015 09:11

I find a bit of Satre or the early greek philosophers relaxes me no end.
But any hoo, whats for breakfast?

fairnotfit · 07/04/2015 09:11

Haynes manuals.

Fairylea · 07/04/2015 09:12

"Love making" turns me right of the idea of any sex to be honest. As does 50 shades.

I'd rather have a tea and go to sleep !

Relax and enjoy stories about abusive relationships? Doesn't do it for me I'm afraid.

SweetAndFullOfGrace · 07/04/2015 09:15

Haynes manuals on the other hand...

Lj8893 · 07/04/2015 09:17

Regardless of the fact the relationship in the books is horribly abusive.

They are the worse written books I have ever read!!!!

Lj8893 · 07/04/2015 09:18

*worst

ChristyMooreRocks · 07/04/2015 09:22

I like anything where the main character has hairy hands and works in the haulage industry.

thiswayupdown · 07/04/2015 10:01

Oh. BDSM wouldn't really do it for me but it wasn't all like that. I'm not just talking about 50 Shades but other books in that genre. I think the reading about sex makes you think about sex and therefore want it more.

MoominKoalaAndMiniMoom · 07/04/2015 11:17

thisway I recommend Knocked Up Dino Romp, it's available on Amazon Kindle and sounds like the sort of thing you could get in the mood to if you also enjoy 50 Shades.

MoominKoalaAndMiniMoom · 07/04/2015 11:23
