I'm also surprised if ESD/FB has done something banworthy. She is irreverent, insouciant, makes me laugh and I've never seen her be meanspirited or stick the boot in, unlike some.

Stranded was NOT a long term well respected poster blah blah. She was a stirring fantasist who attempted to look like a long term poster by picking a name oddly close to a real well known poster. Derek has NOTHING in common with her.

I knew it was her, she didn't try to be something else. I hadn't spoken o her and said I knew but she was hardly hiding - any more than I did when I name changed.

Seems weird, I've never been offended by anything ESD has posted and not really by anyone on MN. I think some people can be overly sensitive to words On a screen really. Sometimes words come across in a different manner from the intention, as all emotion is removed, which I guess is the point of emoticons

She got deleted once or twice tangling with the goady fuckers on benefit threads but she'd have had to have been a saint not to respond to those.
