So, in short, this is basically it. We have temporarily suspended her account for personally attacking several times on the same thread in a short space of time when we have sent previous warnings about similar behaviours.

We have very few guidelines on Mumsnet, but one of them is no personal attacks and being respectful to others.

We will be mailing shortly to explain to ESD in full.

You know ive always felt HQ deletion/banning policy was inconsistently applied but this is absolute proof!!

What she did was so so mild in comparison to what ive seen here and never mind banning, the stuff isnt even deleted. It is an absoloute joke. I honestly am starting to think HQ leap at the chance to ban certain posters whilst blatantly and repeatedly turning a blind eye to what some of their friends post. Membership conditional on how long youve been here and how up HQs arse you are

Not the case at all.
If a post is reported to us, we deal with it. If it's not reported, we don't necessarily see it.
If you see anyone breaking the guidelines, please do report.
