Feeling low. Miscarried this morning.

Please can you cheer me up? Tell me things that have made you smile today.

For me, it's my DD. I had a horrendous day at work, not telling anyone (primary school teacher, not appropriate) but I picked DD up and she's just the cutest, sweetest little thing. So she's made life much easier.

But I am still so broken. So please, tell me nice things.

Acually OP I was talking about my two experiences of MC today. I was talking about them as part of an interview to support other women who are going through this or similar (PND).

So me, I made myself smile as I'm hoping to turn my experiences into something that can help people like you. I smiled because I was proud for taking these first few steps back to work and for getting throught it all.

So will you Thanks

Also I got a rare compliment today and I still feel like smiling (lost a bit of weight, had hair done etc!)

Hard day for you today op.

Today my ds 22months sat on my knee and watched tv for 15mins while I stroked his face! Last time that happened he was 22weeks cos he has hardly say still since then!

Another lovely thing for me today was my dm and dsis calling in without any proper plans to and just sat with me and ds and chatted and played.
They didn't expect me to host and were trying to help me feel better (had terrible bug and chest infection recently) they just sat it was fab especially as my sis is 3 days overdue her baby and my mum was made redundant last week. Just felt so nice having them here with me.

I'm so sorry.

Well mine made me cry too... happy tears mind

I have been really poorly this past few days and DTS2 (7) came home from school with a "Get Well Soon" card he had made me in his lunch break when he could have been playing with his friends.

As he gave it to me he said "I hope you feel better soon mummy, is there anything you need me to help you with"...
