This woman's 5yo daughter was hit by a car just before Christmas and killed. The powers that be have refused her family visas, so they cannot attend the funeral, and cannot support this poor woman.

Sorry for the annoying bumping but I feel very strongly about this, and would like to get as many people to sign as possible.
