just saw the ad for the first time today and it had been playing on my mind it was so odd...englishmums.com, what's that supposed to mean? I never even knew frozen onions existed, could be a good idea i suppose but I kind of enjoy chopping my fresh onions and garlic...just a weird ad!

200p a kilo vs 0.75p a kilo... surely frozen onions are just an extravagance that you would be better off spending on chocolate, or crisps, or something really time saving.

Sure if you can't chop an onion, but that's a relatively limited market.

This is mentalis-mentalium. If you want quick onions asian shops have dried onions which are ace. Onions cost about £3 for 5 kilos or less from asian/african/greengrocers This is making you pay £3 a kilo or so! Why not chop your own and freeze if you are that concerned! You know that it will be rejected onions and bits that is used.. and you are paying premium price for it don't you!
