Signed up for a new name, but very regular poster.

Dh is a running fanatic, goes out most days but every couple of months I do notice these white stains.

Never said anything to him, should I or just keep quiet? Great relationship and no issies

I think he runs along the beach and it's seagull poo.

Has been over the shoulders, the collar and down the back

Can you think of any reason he may have been lying down on his back on the chalked out bits on a football field? It's the only explanation...

Seriously, please tell us why you won't ask him. Do you genuinely suspect he's being unfaithful?

guitarosauras · 04/01/2015 22:17

Surely you'd just ask him before posting on here?

LilMissSunshine9 · 04/01/2015 22:19

Could be dried sweat with grit in it - when I cycle esp in summer for long rides I come back and my face has marks on it where really fine grit has dried on my sweaty face - grim I know but its hot and you sweat and it dries!

ghostyslovesheep · 04/01/2015 22:19

is someone seagulling him as he runs?

ATruthUniversallyAcknowledged · 04/01/2015 22:20

It's snot isn't it? He must do that horrid snorting thing that some men do. I'd LTB for that tbh.

funkybuddah · 04/01/2015 22:23

I've not read the thread bit snot? My nose runs when i do

Blatherskite · 04/01/2015 22:27

That's called Snot Rockets ATruth - and it's not just men in my experience

maninawomansworld · 05/01/2015 12:56

Could well be dried sweat. Also lots of anti perspeirants can leave white marks, especially if he's sweat excessively and it has all soaked into his running gear.

sonjadog · 05/01/2015 18:34

Seagulling? Is that a thing?

Hatespiders · 05/01/2015 18:42

Oh yes, seagulling - very popular. Same as dogging, but they do it on the beach, with seabirds.

HolgerDanske · 05/01/2015 18:56

Honestly, if this is a genuine thread you really need to think about your relationship should continue.

It's sweat. Neck, shoulders and back are prime areas for sweating when you're training hard. Sweat dries to form whitish stains.
