I did a 5k charity run at 9am this morning! have just had a pub lunch though (was with all family who ran in my defence!)

I'm currently searching MN for some light entertainment before heading out again in an hour to a friends as it's her DDs birthday.

I like the sound of glittery shit mines just wrong due to all the crap I've eaten!

Also my family have no internal dialogue. Df is now talking to his phone. Not on it; to it.

Me, I like my peace and quiet...they are afraid of silence. Tis a match made in heaven.

Dragged my DS out in the cold and rain last night in an effort to get him away from his laptop, and we had a brilliant time!

(But we've both spent all of today on our respective laptops, and we're both a-ok with that.)

Today I have been for a 5 mile run and also taken the DC for an hours walk in the woods. I am now having a deserved rest and cuppa before cooking dinner and heading out for the evening with the whole family to a sporting event.

I'm in Hawaii so walking this morning in the soft, tropical scented breeze was marvelous! Getting into my bikini for a few selfies on the beach in a moment..I am so blessed

Woke with a pounding head. Went to the stables, family Friend arrived pub lunch fucking freezing walk. Now stuffing my face with dips. Before heading back to Stables. Then maybe the white wine tonight. I'm t total most of the year. Hope some one does Start a nice funny thread
