Salted Caramel and pulled pork.

Delicious but everywhere.

Anything to add?

Oh god, those bloody chopping biards. And little mini chip pan baskets to hold the minuscule serving of chips that accompany the artisan burger in its brioche bun held together with a steak knife. I hate those chip pans.

ChippyMinton · 27/12/2014 10:00

Chip pan baskets? Tin buckets are over?

Paleo. Anything with coconut oil or cacao nibs.

It isn't healthier, it isn't just as tasty, just admit it's a fad that makes you feel speshul Angry

"Eating clean"

Gahhh it makes my teeth itch!!!!

Tutteredboast · 27/12/2014 11:50

What the hell is "eating clean" - does anyone prefer dirty food?
Angelhearts, do we have the same local pub?

FrancesHB · 27/12/2014 12:13

Jenga chips

unpackyoursuitcase · 27/12/2014 12:24

Where to start?.......
swirls of crap on my plate.. no thanks
Stacks of jenga style food no thanks
Huge plates with tiny amounts on NO NO
yy to pan fried, home cooked, crafted by hand chips (wtaf?)

Octopus37 · 27/12/2014 12:39

Triple cooked chips, how can they be cooked three times? Intermittent fasting. Obviously the two dont go hand in hand.

formerbabe · 27/12/2014 12:50

Slaws!

Often to be found in a brioche bun with pulled pork bought from a pop up restaurant served by a hipster and served with a craft beer.

You won't get change from a tenner!

HoHoGoveUckYourself · 27/12/2014 12:50

Oh God, the hand crafted beers and hand finished canapes- even my smoked salmon from Lidl has got 'hand salted' on the bloody front. As it is hideously over-salted maybe they should stick to having a machine do the salting!
Hand-pulled ales is another one- I am assuming that if I am ordering an ale as opposed to a keg beer or lager that it would be hand pulled not dispensed by a sparkler thingy. All pretentious twaddle!

wowfudge · 27/12/2014 12:57

I don't mind foods which have been imported, such as pulled pork, but cake pops? They are just those disgusting bakery truffles on a stick. And what about candy buffets at weddings and parties? Since when did we call sweets and chocolates candy?

Heels99 · 27/12/2014 13:05

Eating off slates
Mini versions of things

MERLYPUSSEDOFF · 27/12/2014 13:23

things that are yuk....
Savoury popcorn
Ponce flavoured hand-cut crisps (everyone knows salt flavour are the best)
wasabi anything
chips stacked or in buckets
food served on slate or wood.

Purpleflamingos · 27/12/2014 13:33

Octopus37 you made me laugh. You need to fast after eating triple cooked chips!

PiperIsTerrysChoclateOrange · 27/12/2014 13:37

Doughnuts.

Seen some in tesco saying Turkey and sage flavour.

WalkingInaWhippetWonderland · 27/12/2014 13:38

"Indulgent" desserts served with a teaspoon of ice-cream- not at all indulgent to me!

ChristmasDawndonnaagain · 27/12/2014 13:44

I like Churros, but I'm of Spanish descent and therefore used to having them for breakfast!

Elderflowergranita · 27/12/2014 13:45

Raw bars. Raw food. Seaweed in everything.

Kundry · 27/12/2014 13:47

From Masterchef Professionals - make a nice looking meal. Serve in a bowl and pour soup over it.

Why????

ThrowAChickenInTheAir · 27/12/2014 13:50

Oh yes anything 'lollipop'. Esp cakes!

What a faff and for what reason would cake need to be on a stick anyway? Confused

GraysAnalogy · 27/12/2014 15:42

Chorizo EVERYTHING lately,

threepiecesuite · 27/12/2014 15:50

I like churros too, I'm actually glad they're having a bit of a moment Grin
