Looking through some photos on fb an dh says god you look beautiful in this picture it doesn't even look like you.....speechless aibu to think bloody cheeky bugger.

He is the best dh in world just crap with words just came out completely wrong I have had a whole marriage of them. My post was tongue in cheek but he is a cheeky bastard lol

She just said... thanks for making her feel better. Seriously, I make many a gaff myself. Id love the OP to come back and say that he was a total sweetheart that made the odd thoughtless comment.

I'm just as bad as DH for this.

DH was having an allergic reaction - he has them a lot, they aren't a cause for concern, we have all the drugs at home and he gets better very quickly.

His face had swollen up a bit, and I was trying to spoon him to sleep in bed. He was fidgeting, prodding his face. I wanted him to calm down and sleep.

So i stroked his hair, half asleep myself, and said 'Shush, I love you, you can be my elephant man.'

So insensitive of me! I only meant that i'd love him no matter what!
