I'm in my kitchen preparing my DC's packed lunch
Naice ham from hand raised pigs who spent their lives roaming open fields and being lovingly breast fed by the farmer's wife, who would regularly take them to piggy activities and National Trust fun days.
Brown bread with whole grain flour, milled lovingly by natural woodland fairies and pixies.
Rice cakes made from fair trade rice, with just enough micro-nutrients to stabilise his metabolism.
A pot of grapes - washed, peeled and sliced in half (can't be too careful as he's only 15).
A small bottle of mineral water, blessed by the fair hands of Pope Francis himself.
For my own lunch, I'll be having egg, bacon, sausage, black pudding, hash brown, fried slice, mushrooms, tomatoes and beans...with 2 slices of Kingsmill and a latte coffee.
I would open the tin of Christmas chocolates after that but for the 3rd time this week, I've eaten them all and need to replace them again.
