OP posts:
LatteLoverLovesLattes · 18/09/2014 23:33

Why is this woman wearing the same outfit she wore the other night? How odd? (sorry can't remember her name, she's wearing a green top and distinctive necklace).

squoosh · 18/09/2014 23:34

Ugh Lesley Riddoch, she's definitely on my list.

flippinada · 18/09/2014 23:34

I know what you mean OneNight Thanks and some Wine if you would like it.

Cambiodenombre · 18/09/2014 23:34

I think for people who are largely based down south it's hard to comprehend the sentiment here if they have no vested interest.

Bettercallsaul1 · 18/09/2014 23:34

Squoosh - Agreed! We were just saying he looks like one of the undead - those unblinking, staring eyes, gaunt face, grey complexion... I couldn't concentrate on what he was saying!

SlowlorisIncognito · 18/09/2014 23:35

Interesting on the BBC (England) there is a suggestion that Alex Salmond was very clever in understanding that campaigning in a referendum is very different to campaigning in an election- i.e. the suggestion that he could promise the earth and not really been held accountable in the same way, as he only has to win this one time.

Vagabond · 18/09/2014 23:35

I love that Sky News is presenting from the Emirates Arena.

Who owns who, exactly?

Prescient?

WildThong · 18/09/2014 23:35

Vegetarian chic.
No offence to healthy looking veggies.

starwarslegoboy · 18/09/2014 23:36

I loathe Jim Murphy, which is a particularly bitter comment as he's my MP and I voted for him. As I have said, I am not a natural Nationalist but have become resigned to having no other option.

The egg throwing bollocks was staged prima donna attention seeking crap because no fucker was paying attention to his 100 day tour. I wouldn't be surprised if it was one of his own who lobbed the egg.

WildThong · 18/09/2014 23:37

sc you are right of course, the voice of reason. When it goes to local reporters you can see the piles of boxes in the background.
I'm just a panic merchant Grin

?? why did you say that ?

Cambiodenombre · 18/09/2014 23:38

Both he and Denis Caravan behaved awfully yesterday on reporting Scotland. Neither came out the end with any dignity.

BookABooSue · 18/09/2014 23:38

Statistically yy it was one of the smaller ones. Glasgow won't declare for hours.

I'm so proud of the high turnout. It's amazing. It's probably just as well I haven't had wine or I'd be greeting by now.

WildThong · 18/09/2014 23:39

Well the eejit who was charged and up in court would be surprised to hear that. Wink

Cambiodenombre · 18/09/2014 23:39

The media I mean. Not the general public. They see it as a bystander. They have no opinion they merely see a very good story and pursue it accordingly.

wearenotinkansas · 18/09/2014 23:40

Bit like this you mean

Interesting John Redwood MP talking about a federalized UK with an English parliament for English matters. In this scenario, though, what happens to Wales? Does Wales get lots of devolved powers too, and how do they feel about that?

SlowlorisIncognito · 18/09/2014 23:41

Yes, Kansas

Cambiodenombre · 18/09/2014 23:42

Excuse my ignorance. What's powers re devolution does wales have vs scotland?

OOAOML · 18/09/2014 23:43

Have you been through over a thread in a day? Thought you were on 13? Did I miss much? Have had a thoroughly tiring, emotional and amazing day today.

squoosh · 18/09/2014 23:44

Jack McConnell! Looks like a professional golfer. Weird to think he was First Minister.

squoosh · 18/09/2014 23:45

Although he's talking sense.

TroelsNextCampaignManager · 18/09/2014 23:45

Ruth Davidson on BBC reckons Borders will be 70% no

squoosh · 18/09/2014 23:46

Wow 70% is quite ambitious.

flippinada · 18/09/2014 23:46

Also watching BBC. Impressed with Humza Yousaf.
