StatisticallyChallenged · 18/09/2014 23:26

Not seen it but apparently her top is rather see through and her bra mismatched and visible.

GrouchyKiwi · 18/09/2014 23:26

Possibly 89% turnout in Edinburgh.

Wynona · 18/09/2014 23:27

Look as I'm really the Dr Who's assistant shall I get in the Tardis, and see what the result is. Will that make sleeping easier?

SlowlorisIncognito · 18/09/2014 23:27

Think it's a little bit unfair to call Douglas Alexander middle-aged!

WhatWouldFreddieDo · 18/09/2014 23:27

what is the obsession with using pencils/not using pencils?

whenever I've voted it's always and only been pencils.

OneNight · 18/09/2014 23:27

Understood WildThong. Just talk to them in terms of keeping the ball low and controlled when passing or placing and you'll have them gagging.

MuddyWellyNelly · 18/09/2014 23:27

Thank you everyone. Thanks.

wildthong how would they even know this early?

browneyedgirl86 · 18/09/2014 23:28

I'm too scared too look on Facebook. :-(

squoosh · 18/09/2014 23:28

Apparently someone on the BBC said Fife has 'high levels of depravity' Grin

flippinada · 18/09/2014 23:29

Can I just say..I have not seen the bra. I will not be commenting on the bra.

I am currently watching BBC on iplayer. Fiona Hyslop being defensive..which is understandable.

WildThong · 18/09/2014 23:29

muddy I don't know, maybe it's the chat from those at the vote.

StatisticallyChallenged · 18/09/2014 23:29

I don't see how they can know this early in Glasgow.

tilliebob · 18/09/2014 23:29

They're not far wrong there Squoosh Grin

ChelsyHandy · 18/09/2014 23:29

Wynona I think I struggle to understand why there is only 1 tory MP in Scotland. Is their message so abhorrent. I genuinely don't understand.

They polled not much less than the SNP and Lib Dems in the last GE (can't remember the figures) but their vote was more spread over the country as a whole, rather than in winnable seats. So I find the claim that they are over-represented in Scotland vis a vis Westminster somewhat flawed.

From the way some people talk, unless you actually checked the figures, you would think they polled almost nothing, when it was actually around 18% of votes cast.

browneyedgirl86 · 18/09/2014 23:29

I read earlier Falkirk had a 100% turn out!

BakerStreetSaxRift · 18/09/2014 23:29

TV is off, I'm on Radio 4 instead. Can't stand looking at that little twerp Patrick Harvey for a second longer!

BookABooSue · 18/09/2014 23:30

I wish I had Wine and Cake the suspense is killing me!

The BBC said the first result might come in about midnight Shock

StatisticallyChallenged · 18/09/2014 23:30

I'm on ITV for now.

WhatWouldFreddieDo · 18/09/2014 23:30

yup just heard 'depravity' Grin It's true, we're filthy

LatteLoverLovesLattes · 18/09/2014 23:31

wow if that's correct about Falkirk that's brilliant :) well, if they mostly voted no anyway

StatisticallyChallenged · 18/09/2014 23:31

It could do if it's one of the smaller ones Bookaboosue. No chance for Glasgow though, it's huge. They won't even have all the boxes open yet I suspect.

wearenotinkansas · 18/09/2014 23:32

Middle - I know what you mean, all those possibilities are seductive. But I don't think there was sufficient consensus in the yes campaign to know what that vote meant. If yes prevail there will be a long period of trying to figure out what Scotland will be.

And if Yes lose, their momentum may well continue, and Scotland might evolve to a point where independence is a natural next step. IMO Scotland isn't quite there yet, which is why there has been so much divisive debate. This is meant to be a democratic vote, not a revolution.

OneNight · 18/09/2014 23:32

God but the BBC are loving themselves as it's clearly more 'excitement' than they've had in years. I hate having my country's troubles 'enjoyed' like this by the media.

tabulahrasa · 18/09/2014 23:32

"what is the obsession with using pencils/not using pencils?"

I don't know, 2 no people on my Facebook were posting about yes supporters saying not to use pencils because there was vote tampering.

It was the first I'd seen of it, so I suggested that maybe they should be more selective about who they let on their Facebook as my friends were all pretty civilised throughout the whole run up, from both sides.

flippinada · 18/09/2014 23:32

Do you know what. I just want to hear a result. It's all speculation until then, isn't it.
