Cambiodenombre · 19/09/2014 03:01

Wow

flippinada · 19/09/2014 03:02

Eilean Siar - a no. There's a surprise.

TensionWheelsCoolHeels · 19/09/2014 03:02

You have the gift squoosh.

Igneococcus · 19/09/2014 03:02

The ballot boxes of the inner isles were brought by helicopter to Lochgilphead

IPityThePontipines · 19/09/2014 03:02

Oooh Eilean Siar is No!

Cambiodenombre · 19/09/2014 03:02

Need some big areas coming in now. Good results but small in grand scheme of things.

livingzuid · 19/09/2014 03:02

Very close vote but that is a great result for us Nos.

ChelsyHandy · 19/09/2014 03:03

I don't find the Western Isles result that surprising, since there were talks between them and Orkney and Shetland considering leaving an independent Scotland to rejoin GB.

MoominKoalaAndMiniMoom · 19/09/2014 03:03

I picked up some of his numbers and I'm not even Scottish Shock

Being a fluent Welsh speaker probably helped

livingzuid · 19/09/2014 03:03

Yes I perversely want Dundee and Aberdeen. Close ties to both and seeing as I have to wait all night for Fife I am borrowing others' areas!

squoosh · 19/09/2014 03:03

I speak Irish, but not fluently.

LatteLoverLovesLattes · 19/09/2014 03:04

Yes 47%
No 53%

LovleyRitaMeterMaid · 19/09/2014 03:04

Shows how close to the wire it is. Also, pedant alert, there are no strong holds!

squoosh · 19/09/2014 03:04

Ricky Ross is looking less smug than he has been

tabulahrasa · 19/09/2014 03:04

Moomin - probably, lol, my Gaelic isn't good enough to understand welsh though, lol

GrouchyKiwi · 19/09/2014 03:04

That's a good point, Chelsy.

livingzuid · 19/09/2014 03:05

chelsy that is interesting particularly as the pundits were predicting a Yes. I thought it was just Shetland and Orkney. What a strange universe we have inhabited these past few weeks.

squoosh · 19/09/2014 03:05

Mr Wings Over Scotland is flouncing off twitter.

livingzuid · 19/09/2014 03:06

Always nice to see the pundits taken by surprise too Grin

squoosh · 19/09/2014 03:07

He's a bit of a twit but I'm glad to see Andrew Marr on the mend.

livingzuid · 19/09/2014 03:07

I wonder how that guy who put all that money on a No vote is feeling.

LatteLoverLovesLattes · 19/09/2014 03:08

Rooners - I haven't seen her at all. Will look out for her :)

Glad you are feeling a bit better.

I have lots of sparkling water. It's hot here, so I have all the doors and windows open and the light on - so I now have a room full of sodding dragonfly things, bleurgh.

Toadinthehole · 19/09/2014 03:09

ES was meant to be Yes's best bet, along with Dundee.

I'm going for 57 no versus 43 yes overall.

londonrach · 19/09/2014 03:09

Ok i need ideas. Hubby refusing to go to bed until he seen the results...

londonrach · 19/09/2014 03:10

Glad he not the only one up. So whats happening...
