To not want to pay for another scrounger?

weatherall · 08/09/2014 10:38

Poor Kate's with child again.

When will these scroungers stop pumping out sprogs they expect all the rest of us to pay for?

OP posts:
WorraLiberty · 08/09/2014 11:03

IPity, I wouldn't curtsey to anyone.

I'm not even particularly bothered one way or another about the royal family

But attacking a couple I don't even know on a public forum, because they're having another baby, is a pretty low thing to do.

It says far more about the OP, than it does about the royal family.

Missunreasonable · 08/09/2014 11:03

People saying the OP is BU, are you seriously happy to have to curtsey to someone purely because of an accident of birth?

I have never had to curtesy to anybody. I am not into the royal family so I don't place myself within their vicinity and therefore I have no reason to curtesy.

lickandstick · 08/09/2014 11:04

another one who agrees with you op .

firesidechat · 08/09/2014 11:04

Jealousy and bitterness is very unattractive weatherall.

I think it's lovely news and I'm not even slightly pro Royal. Aren't they also wealthy in their own right and I doubt very much that the tax payer has a lot to do with the costs of bringing up the new baby.

writtenguarantee · 08/09/2014 11:05

OP: have you ever been in receipt of tax credits or child benefit?

I have. But I never got 4 million pounds in housing benefit to renovate my house, even though my house is my only residence.

MoaningLisa · 08/09/2014 11:07

Blush Is this thread actually a serious one??

WildThong · 08/09/2014 11:09

How totally charming you are weatherall

Obviously they didn't get the memo that they have no right to a family in your Republican world.
Everyone has a right to a family, hth

firesidechat · 08/09/2014 11:12

Sadly MoaningLisa I think it is. Hasn't the op said something similar before?

QueenofallIsee · 08/09/2014 11:13

What a horrible horrible couple of posts OP. You have no evidence at all to suggest that she has been 'fertility mot'd' You have no evidence at all that she deserves to be called 'Poor Kate'. You started off being outraged at a baby scrounging off you personally, but actually you just enjoy saying inflammatory, baseless things don't you.

unless you are actually a member of the Royal Family or Kates gynecologist?

CSIJanner · 08/09/2014 11:13

Actually, IIRC Will hasn't pocketed his wages from either the RAF or helicopter rescue. He donates it all to charity after tax.

Missunreasonable · 08/09/2014 11:14

I have. But I never got 4 million pounds in housing benefit to renovate my house, even though my house is my only residence.

So you think it's okay to get public money for popping out sprogs as long as it is on a micro level then?
Out of curiosity, how much money did you raise for the treasury as a result of tourism last year?
Do you even know what the net cost of the royal family is or are you just reading the red tops and taking it all in?

ArabellaTarantella · 08/09/2014 11:16

Bloody hell, weatherall, but you really really sound bitter.

Get child benefit, do you? Or Tax Credits?

MidniteScribbler · 08/09/2014 11:17

So where's all the threads about the benefits scrounger down the road and her drugo husband having another child? Oh, no, apparently they have every right to choose the size of their family. But if you're royal then the whole bloody world thinks they have some sort of right to decide how many babies you choose to have.

Waltermittythesequel · 08/09/2014 11:19

I wonder how much the royal family pull in with tourism?

A lot I reckon!

ArabellaTarantella · 08/09/2014 11:20

Slunk off have you weatherall? Jolly good.

PedlarsSpanner · 08/09/2014 11:20

Roar at George and Mildred

hiccupgirl · 08/09/2014 11:22

I'm completely with the royal family being a waste of space and it's time they were got rid of....BUT it's not the children's fault that they are born into it and I wouldn't want to swap and have their lives of duty and expected behaviour.

A new baby is always a thing to celebrate IMO.

iamusuallybeingunreasonable · 08/09/2014 11:23

She's gone to get her giro Wink

AbbieHoffmansAfro · 08/09/2014 11:24

There's just no need to be personally abusive. Either make a grown-up political point, (get rid altogether, trim the Civil List, whatever) or leave them be.

Missunreasonable · 08/09/2014 11:27

She's gone to get her giro

Or a few tinnies of special brew.

petitepeach · 08/09/2014 11:27

The spite of some people.......Confused

I think it's lovely news....... Turn your unnecessary spite into something positive people.....

BeyondTheLimitsOfAcceptability · 08/09/2014 11:30

I am generally on your side, but your posts are not exactly winning friends here Grin

writtenguarantee · 08/09/2014 11:35

So you think it's okay to get public money for popping out sprogs as long as it is on a micro level then?

don't have the foggiest idea what you are talking about.

Out of curiosity, how much money did you raise for the treasury as a result of tourism last year?

  1. But sounds like a great gig. Where can I sign up? if I got 40 million pounds a year, I would certainly feel somewhat obligated to help pay it back.

Do you even know what the net cost of the royal family is or are you just reading the red tops and taking it all in?

Do you? How many people come here to see them, rather than Buckingham Palace or Windsor Castle? Those will remain, even if they go.

Some estimates have put the cost of the day off for the royal wedding at 5 billion pounds. The fifth largest exchange in the world (the LSE) was closed because we were all forced to take part in this ridiculous event.

writtenguarantee · 08/09/2014 11:38

They of course have every right to have a child. My guess is that the OP, and I obviously agree (can you tell?), is not happy having to pay for them, or their child, or their flat, or anything else.
