Long married friend recently asked how I keep my pubic hair, it's been so long since we've had to worry about it I fear we might be doing it all wrong! So?

Halfway to my knees.

It's not a lifestyle choice particularly; more that life is busy and waxing hurts.

lunar1 · 15/08/2014 21:27

I found a gray one a few years ago and have had a Hollywood ever since!

Sallystyle · 15/08/2014 21:28

I am all natural with bald patched due to thyroid

BathshebaDarkstone · 15/08/2014 21:30

How can anyone go 'eww' at pubic hair?
Don't be ridiculous.

Clarabel71 · 15/08/2014 22:06

Mine seems to be migrating down my thighs, going for a wax next week.

Whitewhine · 15/08/2014 22:08

Hollywood Lycon. It's been a revelation :-)

lurkingaround · 15/08/2014 22:13

Howling at all your answers.
jennysusie what's the treat for your DH? I don't get it. Is removing all pubic hair a treat? I bet you all know something that I don't know.

PseudoBadger · 15/08/2014 22:14

Lemele - your mum made you wear your pubic hair long?

PseudoBadger · 15/08/2014 22:16

Oh I forgot to say OP - I crate mine. Some people don't agree but it gives it a place to go if it feels threatened, or if the children are being a bit boisterous.
Controversially, I also use reins when we are out and about.

PseudoBadger · 15/08/2014 22:30

Occasionally I unleash it to kill threads.

Sassyb0703 · 15/08/2014 22:38

as the lady in the ironing ship said " I'm shutting up now, gotta do have the pubes waxed .. when they are long enough to plait.....Sad

ivykaty44 · 16/08/2014 07:12

Trim for regular swimming

Brams · 16/08/2014 08:54

The Times has the answer. Headline today "Transforming a bush into a disciplined shape requires patience and ingenuity but the effort is worth it". That's why mine looks the way it does. Am all out of both qualities. Shaving when I have time to drive it back up my thighs, where it seems to be gaining hold. Anyone else finding there's less on the fanjo and more heading knee-wards?

RedDwarf7 · 16/08/2014 10:02

It goes down the plughole having been liberally smothered in hair remover every fortnight.

CarefullyAirbrushedPotato · 16/08/2014 12:33

married a hippy, he thinks it's strange if I do anything with it...

mum000 · 16/08/2014 13:14

Does a 'Hollywood' bear any resemblance to Paul Hollywood?

Dontgotosleep · 16/08/2014 13:31

I keep it tidy and shaved but not completly bald.

RonaldMcDonald · 16/08/2014 13:45

yes a hollywood

complete with twinkling blue eyes and a dusting of icing sugar around the lips

mum000 · 16/08/2014 13:58

Ah, well if we are keeping them in the style of tv chefs, then its less Hollywood and more Hairy Biker!

Mrssomerhalderx · 16/08/2014 14:53

Hollywood.
Can't stand hair in my nether regions

FindoGask · 16/08/2014 15:03

i maintain a neat triangle, removing any 'sideburns' at the tops of my thighs, and keep it trimmed short.

MassaAttack · 16/08/2014 22:59

As in silver fox?

Then yes, I have a Hollywood.

Sunny67 · 16/08/2014 23:44

In a hat box ;-)
