I cant work out if it's because i went out with a welsh man who looked a bit like him or if it's all his own doing but i find myself quite liking a bit of Rob.

Wally I loved Human Remains too, and no-one else seems to have heard of it! It's got that brilliant mixture of comedy and pathos.

I do think Rob Brydon and Anton Du Beck might be the same person though.

It's brilliant isn't it Lizzie - the one where he plays that awful bulling Welsh guy. There were so many of those types around my hometown.

Marion and Geoff was a masterpiece too!

Big love for Rob. Brydon, but purely on a non sexual basis.

Some of the dialogue from the bullying man's episode has really haunted me, great acting. I must see if there's a DVD, I've only seen it on YouTube, and not all of the episodes are there.

I had to download on itunes. Watched an unhealthy amount of times.

Don't know if you've watched "Lizzie and Sarah" either Lizzie? Not RB but could be right up your street. Julia Davies again. It's a one off, the BBC thought it was too dark for men and wouldn't commission a series.

I love it when watching a stand up do observational humour you recognise yourself and feel a sense of solidarity. I watched Rob and recognised us as those parents who call their kids "guys". I have tried to stop but cannot help it now. What was worse was that I hated hearing it from other parents before somehow I started doing it.

Also wanted to say that having lost my father as a child the letter he reads to Stacey on her wedding day has me sobbing uncontrollably. It's so moving and heartbreaking.

I would. He's brilliant. Has anyone read his book about divorce? I gave it to DH for a wedding anniversary present.

As a teenager I used to fancy really unfanciable older men e.g. Rob Brydon (though I NEVER admitted to it). Now I'm in my late twenties i find myself having more teen like crushes like the cast of the vampire diaries wwwhatsthatabout.
