AIBU that im going to lose him

My lovely fella is very anaemic, has abdomen and pelvic pain, and is losing weight at a very fast rate.
He is diabetic and has an auto immune illness. They are currently under control but these new symptoms are frightening....
We are currently waiting on test results but im so afraid im going to lose him soon.

I hope things are looking up for you both. Crohn's is very common with diabetes. Wishing you virtual good vibes.

Transfusion tomorrow as his blood count keeps bottoming out. They are trying to figure out why.
On the plus side he actual ate something today

Apparently if the ambulance hadn't been called when it was we would have lost him... Im just counting our blessings on that at the moment.

Im also very grateful to the lovely nurse who sat and held his hand and talked to him in the early hours of this morning while his pain meds kicked in. Im so glad she was there

UPDATE
So im spending the night with him in hospital.
Its shit news.
He's got bowel cancer which has ruptured through to h+is stomach and has liver metastasis.
Operating tomorrow and if he survives the initial op then we have a rough estimate of between 6months and 5 years.
So altogether things aren't great but he asked me to marry him and ive accepted.
Its lovely to be spending tonight with him just in case....
