surely people who are prepared to go to such extremes are deeply unhappy and have low self esteem? what other reason can there be for wanting to look like you have a couple of footballs attached to you? Do blokes find it sexy when they are so obviously fake?

What this woman has done to herself is bizarre and extremely unnatural - it has nothing to do with people who have naturally big boobs. I am not a doctor but I don't believe that anyone has natural boobs that look like hers. I think hers are beyond awful.

For me, the clue in the title of the OP...she is talking about surgically enhanced very large breasts.

I'm a 30E I have implants , I very much doubt unless I told you that you would know ! Implants measure bigger than they look for a start plus they fit my frame perfectly they are back to how they were pre children and breast feeding although I only measured a C then.
The majority and I mean 99% of my surgeons clients wanted what I wanted which was just some breasts back not 2 lots of sagging empty skin which I couldn't find a bra to fit .
I certainly didn't have them augmented for my husbands nor any other mans benefit I get no attention for them they just look like standard run of the mill nearly 40 year old tits.
I suspect the proportion of women wanting "cartoon breasts" in terms of the amount of breast augmentations carried out each year is tiny and there are only a very few surgeons who will actually do them too as complications are far higher and they are audited on this plus they don't want to put there name to the work .
I don't like the round huge fake look she has however her body her choice if she wants tits under her chin it doesn't affect me . I do think there is a lot of body dysmorphia in plastic surgery though

i'm a natural 34kk at the moment. Normally i'm a 32kk or a 32L. I dont think I look like her. I just look like a normal curvy lady. Although I'm happy with my body I dont understand why someone would spend their hard earned money to become a KK cup

The comment about surgery for reduction is I'm sure a reference to the back pain that accompanies large breasts.

Some of the comments have been quite unpleasant about big breasts in general tbh - I'm not that much smaller bust wise than the size quoted and have been that size post pregnancy and I think some of the language and assumptions that anyone that big must want a reduction are unfair.

That said, dear lord she needs a bra intervention cos not one of her bras actually fits her properly!

zzzzzzz Natural boobs are nothing to do with what this woman has. No one has said anything negative about having natural big boobs. Except commenting on back pain which I think is understandable. I don't really understand why you are offended.

I guess if someone had natural boobs the same size and were otherwise the same size as the women in the daily fail article I could understand that they would be annoyed but I doubt that there are any (?) in that camp.

I'm not googling big boobs but I bet you won't find any naturally big boobed women that look like her.

OP here, I am sorry that some of our larger MNers seem to have taken this personally. It was clearly only about fake boobs taken to extreme (cartoony as some have said), not those with naturally big ones! The whole shape/proportion just ends up looking wrong IMO, compared to someone who is large of nork but does not appear so. I genuinely wondered what makes people do this and why. There's also a big difference between someone who just does it for themselves and feels better/more confident in themselves through having had implants, and someone who then goes to the papers with their footballs! As for my comments about backache and people wanting reductions - I have seen documentaries on this and one of my friends has had reduction for her JJs, because she had back problems and was really down about her boobs. I was not saying all large boobed ladies get backache and should therefore be begging for reductions. If you are happy with your boobs and have no problems, great!
I also agree that her bras are ill fitting and some of the outfits are unflattering, which all adds to my overall impressions about the "look".

XiX, ignoring the fact that she probably isnt a 30KK (I'd guess from the fit she's more like a 26/28 and more like an MM or something) then yes, there are naturally size 8 5ft women with 30KK boobs. I've helped a fair few of them find bras. Bravissimo does up to an L cup now and I have had several women who I've helped online who that has still been too small for. Breasts are getting bigger for a number of reasons (hormonal contraception being just one of them) so there are women who are that size naturally.

Her breasts are particularly rounded, I would agree, but I think that's due to the surgery being fairly recent and they will undoubtedly drop to a more natural shape as they settle and the skin stretches a little more.

Zzzzz you appear to be looking for an argument. This thread was about what this woman has done which is to deliberately and with cashing in potential aforethought, made sure she had the biggest plastic tits in the country

AnyFucker I know where you are coming from. I'm kind of on the fence with plastic surgery - on an individual level I think women (and men) should be able to do whatever they want with their own bodes and I can understand why an individual woman might want to increase or decrease their bust, change their nose, whatever. But at a societal level why do so many women feel that they need to make drastic changes to their body? What does that say about how we (as a society) are raising our girls in particular.

But to defend ZZZZZ there have been some comments about big breasts in general which are kind of unpleasant - I appreciate that might not have been what the OP was getting at though

I too would be very very fucked off if someone said that to me. My DD2 17 is very slim with full boobs and had a boy at college comment on her nice tits the other day. Apparently, he meant it as a compliment Suffice to say he will think again before commenting on someone's boobs in future. My DD2 is a lovely quiet girl....but a bit scarey when she is angry.

I'm not a fan of the enhanced look at any size but I understand why some woman choose to have implants. I have no 'problem' with that and I fully support the persons right to do what they want to their own bodies.

What I don't understand is why someone would want very fake looking ginormous footballs stuck on the front of a tiny body. It makes me wonder what the real reasons are. Money? Body image? Fame?

I have known a few small women (both slim and, coincidentally (?) all very short) with very big boobs but they look nothing like the woman in the daily fail. Not that I pay too much attention but their boobs are completely different.
