I like that La Roux...and Marina and the Diamonds...where did they go?

Just googled though and found that La Roux has in fact got a new album out...maybe the question should be why does it take some artists so long between albums?

'I miss Dina Carroll'

A friend of a friend won a competition to spend the weekend with Dina Carroll when she was about 17! Can't imagine that kind of competition getting the nod these days.

Dina was very nice and they still send each other Christmas cards.

KT Tunstall has a new-ish album out and it's very good actually. Invisible Empires. I was obsessed with the title track actually and now I'll have to go and play it again!

So glad to hear that Dina is lovely, squoosh! I adored her when I was ten. The Leona of her day. What a strange competition prize! Popstars these days just don't want to get close to their fans, that's why they are flash in the pan failures.
