To have phoned the police on our neighbours

They just tried to force their way into our house Sad I can't breath.
This is the same neighbour who was on loudspeaker in the garden to his wife the other day moaning
about our fucking kids winding his dogs up. This is also the same neighbour who has continually taken over length by length our front garden. When today for the first time I asked him not to I got a tirade of abuse from him.

That is terrible they should be there!

kappadelta · 31/05/2014 19:24

Mother - all through the conversation we had I kept saying let's draw a line under it and get on and he kept saying no your a knob, no your cunts, your an arsehole.

If you ring the police again and say you are a female on your own and are being threatened and harrassed I think they have a duty of care to be with you asap.

We had shitty neighbours like that, we dropped the price as low as we could and got the hell out.

kappadelta · 31/05/2014 19:29

Gemma I'm not on my own hubby is with me but he's a bit of a wet blanket Sad

Isn't it appallingly unfair that you have to lose so much money when selling a house with vile neighbours, when you've done nothing wrong. It's as if the decent people are being fined thousands of pounds for the wrongdoings of their neighbours. The stress of living next to them is bad enough without such massive financial losses. Angry

kappadelta · 31/05/2014 19:35

Grunt - your not wrong. He said our garden is crap (it's not) I said your garden is your priority my priority is my kids. He then went on a rage saying I was throwing it in their face that they had no kids. I haven't got time to cut my lawn with scissors my hubby mows it every couple of weeks.

only thing is when they see the police pull up, when the police leave they'll prob make it worse for you.

sorry to put the frighteners but that's the kind of yobs they are.

ive had this myself. with no husband/partner. we ended up moving too.

the fuckers always get their own way and want to own the street. the street will move out and they'll stay.

kappadelta · 31/05/2014 19:52

Macenroe - I think your right. Next door but two are in the process of negotiating their sale. I'm so envious. Blush

MacenroeTheBoatAshore · 31/05/2014 19:55

Im just glad, wet blanket or not, you've got someone there with you.

MacenroeTheBoatAshore · 31/05/2014 19:56

and be sure to tell the police they'll make it worse and you fear for your lives. give them (police) absolute worst case scenario so they have an obligation to help.

kappadelta · 31/05/2014 19:56

Macenroe - thanks it's a really horrible situation but I knew it was coming x

kappadelta · 31/05/2014 20:33

Lottie I'm going to do it now.

OP posts:
LottieJenkins · 31/05/2014 20:35

Well done! Make sure they know how concerned you are!! Sending hugs x

Gruntfuttock · 31/05/2014 20:40

It's very worrying. For all the police know the OP and her family could've been attacked and are all injured (or worse) by now. I hope they have a good excuse. You think when you've called the police their help is imminent. It's scary to realise it's not.
