To be honest I don't think about random men but I do think to remove your shirt somewhere that isn't the beach looks a bit ... vulgar, I suppose. In the same way that I wouldn't walk around the town centre in a bikini.

YANBU it looks AWFUL and most especially in public places other than the beach or the pool. In Australia there are rules about it.

I can't say it bothers me tbh. I only tend to notice if they are a fine specimen or extremely beer bellied but even then I only give them a passing glance may linger slightly longer on the fit one though

About your brother, whereabouts are you - near a town? Near a beach? Is he just going into Tesco or similar like that? Does he think he looks great or like he's forgotten to put it on? Is it hot near you?
