I have been doing the slim and save diet which is basically milk shakes, soups, etc. since October last year. I just got to target :) 10 stone, and I was 17 so pretty massive really!
But I am so sick of hearing people say oh you're going to put it all back in again now, even adding you do know that don't you
then they say join slimming world or weight watchers or why don't you just exercise.
AIBU to think I'll do what suits me, and also that lots of diets result in people gaining weight they lost and it's what I do now that tells.
