I haven't seen any Brit newspapers, but on Jerusalem Post, it seems to be saying that the letters were handed out but the leader of the separatist movement is saying he/his group weren't responsible. Even if this wasn't true, anti semitism is a big problem in Ukraine and Russia.

I hope it's just some nutty local politician taking advantage of the chaos. Kerry tends to panic easily
