To not pay for 15 minutes babysitting

I'm going out with some people I don't know well next weekend. Usually when I go out with my mates we all make sure everyone gets home ok/ taxi shares etc but I'm not sure I can ask these people I don't know well. I am getting a lift there with someone but she has said she's staying out very late and I don't want to. DH not keen on my wandering around town alone looking for a taxi so want to pick me up ( will be out of the house 15 mins tops). There is no question of leaving the sleeping DC's obvs.
My neighbours 16 year old babysits for us sometimes and I pay her £5 an hour. We know the family well and help each other out - they feed cats for us when we are away and I sometimes let their dog out etc.
I was thinking of asking the daughter to come and sit in the house while DH picks me up - should I offer to pay her? If so how much?
Before I get told to " woman up" and get a taxi I'm just not comfortable with it and neither is DH and he wants to pick me up, which I would prefer too.

Thank you all.
I said earlier in one of the 10 ( yes 10!!!!) pages that I have decided when I want to leave I will ask if anyone wants to taxi share.
Whether they do or not I will call a taxi co that we have used when out before. I will phone DH when I am in the Taxi and tell him the license number etc. he will be looking out of the lounge window for me arriving.
I'm sure I will be find and it will actually turn out to be a good thing for me to do.
I will have a lovely night out and never make the mistake of thinking I'm tough enough for AIBU!!!

OP I will give you a lift home if you can put in a good word for me with your neighbour's daughter, I need a decent babysitter.

We have a teenage neighbour who babysits for us, and who I always pay, and we have a couple of adults who are very happy to pop in and watch TV for half an hour, who I don't - though usually buy them a nice plant or chocs as a thank you.

I just wouldn't ask the teenager for 15 mins, I would ask one of the others. If I had to ask the teenager I would feel that I had to pay him, but would be fine if he turned it down and said "Don't be silly it's only 15 mins". Up to him to say yea or nay.

Well I think you're tough enough for anything, hopping, (in the nicest possible definition of 'tough' of course!)

Have a lovely evening!
