Mine is to go to bed with a glass of wine, light a Yankee candle (Midnight Jasmine presently) and read for an hour. I also managed to watch the whole of season 2 of House of Cards this weekend whilst DH was catching up with work. We also had Dominos for dinner this evening Blush. Too tame for words I know - what's yours?

Benoidorm TV show, crunchy peanut butter out of a jar with a spoon, planning holidays to Orlando.

I am obsessed with planning holidays to Orlando. Dh thinks I prefer the planning than the actual trip itself Blush

AngelaDaviesHair · 18/02/2014 14:50

Sofa, cosy blanket, DH as my cushion, whisky mac, favourite programme.

I'm a video game player. When I get both the kids off in the pm, I make a nice cup of tea, have a Jaffa cake or two, and settle down for an hour or maybe two playing.

Sadly I woke up cold this pm with toddler, never realised I was dozing off. Did a couple of chores and now the little Git darling has just woken up too just as I've sat down so that's that. He's only had, well less than an hour. sod.

SleepPleaseSleep · 18/02/2014 15:02

Awww, he brought me his book. How cute. growl, grumble, growl in case anyone's wondering we had major night time issues so we still go to sleep at same time as kids so this is the only time I get to myself.

MrsOakenshield · 18/02/2014 15:10

currently, Benedict Cumberbatch and rewatching the whole of Sherlock. I always have a guilty pleasure of this kind going on, I am dreadfully shallow and fickle it must be said.

Foodwise - Pret choc bars and Pret cheese'n'onion crisps.

I don't consider an hour in bed with a book a guilty pleasure - that's essential for survival.

DownstairsMixUp · 18/02/2014 15:18

I do like cooking but sometimes I do prefer a night off so when DP works late I just go off to marks and sparks let ds pick a meal and I pick myself a ready meal with a dessert to share then we do sod all all evening. Blush

Sallycinnamum · 18/02/2014 15:18

relax music, burning essential oils and pottering about a clean house.

warm comfy pjs and going taking a cuppa and thick toast spread with green pesto and salt up to bed and surfing the net!

going for a nice country walk to pray.

LimitedEditionLady · 18/02/2014 18:37

Managing to go to bed before dp does and being able to sit with the lamp on with a cup of freshly made tea,a magazine and a few too many custard creams knowing ive got plenty of time to be fully asleep before he comes upstairs to tell me a load of crap i dont understand about football....

LimitedEditionLady · 18/02/2014 18:43

Omg those blessed days when you book a day off work and everyones out and i can have a spotless house tidied at leisure and just sit there in an immaculate room drinking a brew and watching utter crap.

Purplehonesty · 18/02/2014 18:43

Going to bed early (8pm) with some mini eggs and watching tv all by myself while dh is at work.
That's the plan tonight! I am not ironing!

LimitedEditionLady · 18/02/2014 18:45

OH OH OH OMG,eating a meal without a toddler sticking their finger in everything saying "and what's that?' and "can i have a bit?"

Iamnotminterested · 18/02/2014 19:17

Hay Day, Merlot and a cheese string.

Blush
jammygem · 18/02/2014 19:38

Ooh, a hot chocolate with a big slug of brandy... Wink

Also if I have the house to myself (not often nowadays) I love to put on really cheesy music and just dance like a twat to my heart's content.

Felix90 · 18/02/2014 19:42

GretaWolfcastle · 18/02/2014 20:44

HOW IS THIS POTENTIALLY UNREASONABLE?

carlywurly · 18/02/2014 20:48

Mug of coffee, bubble bath, shit magazine. Bliss Smile

SingingGerbil · 18/02/2014 20:55

Massive toblerone straight out of the fridge. Would love to have a bubble bath alone but sadly can't due to having epilepsy picks up tiny violin so have to settle for one with DP either in the room or in the bath with me.

GroupieGirl · 18/02/2014 21:04

Curling up in my armchair, wearing pyjamas, watching Netflix, and crocheting ALL DAY. Preferably with junk food.

CrockedPot · 18/02/2014 21:10

chicken and mushroom pot noodle with a hula hoop sandwich. And Take a Break Magazine.
