Mine is to go to bed with a glass of wine, light a Yankee candle (Midnight Jasmine presently) and read for an hour. I also managed to watch the whole of season 2 of House of Cards this weekend whilst DH was catching up with work. We also had Dominos for dinner this evening Blush. Too tame for words I know - what's yours?

A day in my pyjamas. Always shower but lovely to put pj's back on.

A bag of Cadbury mini eggs all to myself while watching reruns of The Biggest Loser USA!

TwittyMcTwitterson · 18/02/2014 05:47

Whenever DP goes out for the evening I either cuddle up with DD or put her to bed and cuddle the dog and watch keeping up with the kardashians or Giuliana and bill. They're absolute trash but I love them Wink

MauriceMinor · 18/02/2014 05:50

Innogen that's hilarious! Poor guy! Still, no worse than the filth I get in my hotmail junk folder on a daily basis...

Stinkyminkymoo · 18/02/2014 08:15

My horse. It's time that I can have completely and utterly to myself. No husband, no child. I can ride, groom or just sit and have a cuppa with no interruptions.

This is time when I am a person in my own right and it's really very precious to me.

Joysmum · 18/02/2014 08:19

Eating. Food still rules my world and I have to work hard to control myself enough to keep my weight down.

My other guilty pleasure is watching 'Neighbours'. I've been watching since the first one was shown back in the '80's and now watch them all on On Demand 5 despite being 40 now. I watch a weeks worth at a time as I catch up with the ironing Blush

Country music
HP sauce on toast
Sneaky cigarette before bed

AlwaysDancing1234 · 18/02/2014 08:24

Fish finger sandwiches (wondering now if 8:20am is too early for one...)

BrownSauceSandwich · 18/02/2014 08:27

Stinkymink... I'm not sure why you should feel guilty about that Smile

Meanwhile, I'll see your Real Housewives and raise you Millionaire Matchmaker Blush

Joysmum · 18/02/2014 08:33

Stinkymink same for me too.

A Topic.

Animation · 18/02/2014 08:36

I would really like a fish finger sandwiche actually!

Hazelbrowneyes · 18/02/2014 08:44

Cheese & brown sauce sandwiches

Chips and gravy

Watching back to back episodes of Modern Family or The Simpsons

KatherineSwynford · 18/02/2014 08:51

Midsomer Murders, Poirot, Murder She Wrote, Diagnosis Murder. Love all of them - everyone I know of my age makes fun of my tastes but I don't care! There is nothing better than watching one of these (particularly in the day) all by myself Grin

KatherineSwynford · 18/02/2014 08:52

Oh and the more snacks I can eat during these the better...crisps and salad cream, biscuits to follow - heaven!!

LadyGardenersQuestionTime · 18/02/2014 08:53

Take A Break

KatherineSwynford · 18/02/2014 08:54

Oh yes, my exes DM used to get Take a Break and I loved reading them after she was finished. Was very disappointing when they removed them from Doctors waiting rooms.

greengoblinofgoo · 18/02/2014 10:05

Massage...I love massage. I have about 4 a year but I think they should be available on a monthly basis from the NHS.

Getting inspiration from this thread though...

divisionbyzero · 18/02/2014 10:36

Walking the dog in very, very muddy fields whilst listening to a loop of Annie Lennox, The Carpenters, Elton John, Oasis, Abba and Nirvana (I have very diverse music tastes), wearing floral wellies, uni hoodie and whatever hat I can find. Both of us end up covered in mud, and probably sheep/cow poo but it's lovely. I do like the smell of cow and sheep poo to be honest - can't explain why but it has a lovely smell...

Also loud parenting the dog on our walks - 'Look Gypsy, it's a heron! Do you think he's hungry? I wonder if he's after a fish .. What do you think of those tracks? Were they from a pussycat, or a person, or a deer..'

Hence why where possible we walk miles away from other people!

shouldnthavesaid · 18/02/2014 14:17

Also hot ambrosia Devon custard with a huge spoon of Nutella, stirred but only slightly so that there's still some clumpy lumps of chocolatey goodness..

shouldnthavesaid · 18/02/2014 14:22

And Leslie Neilson films - especially Airplane. My mum and I quote it to each other constantly.. And dated 80s/90s tv e.g. Bottom, Keeping up Appearances, Dear John..
