I LURVE Dawn. I once saw her in London whilst I was pissed just after the doc she did about eating disorders(?) came out and she is hilarious.

I was put RIGHT off her after that truly horrendous book she brought out about her family surviving the pandemic: self- indulgent, boring, patronising twaddle.

My sister bought me it as I quite liked her documentaries. I now actively avoid her in anything- so up her own arse in that book.

Dawn O'Porter was diagnosed with Alopecia Totalis. Whatever she does with or without her hair/wig, treat her with kindness. As for her name - I read once that it started as a joke when her friends referred to her as "O'Porter" and then they both thought "why not?". Seems like a reasonable melding of both names to me, rather than the imposition of one over the other.
