Appalling behaviour from a crooked little Hitler in uniform. If he makes a cack-handed and arrogant attempt to frame someone whilst being filmed, it makes you wonder what he's done when he hasn't got a camera turned on him.

What do you think the 'horse's mouth' would say, though, Vicar? Without the video we'd just be left with hearsay, wouldn't we? (From both parties and various bystanders and witnesses, possibly).

The behaviour of the other officers on the longer video is appalling.

im going to leave this now because people are not listening to a word im saying (typing). ive said, repeatedly, if its how it looks, then its very bad. no defence. none.
but i cannot judge the entire thing just on that clip and i would want to know the full account - not just one parties side of it.
