Maybe I'm being miserable but my fb feed is full of friends from uni/school downing pints and nominating others
To do the same.

I'm 30 and I'm cringing at how they haven't moved on from the whole student drinking games culture.

It's highlighting to me past it I am but I'd much rather be enjoying a cuppa snuggling my 2 boys.

Anyone else?

The people on my Facebook arnt farmer or sporting types. I think the whole thing started in oz as a drinking game and has gradually through the power of Facebook made its way over here.

I hope nobody sends one to me, I'm not doing it!
Or will something horrible happen to you if you don't?

2 deaths over this weekend in Ireland said to have stemmed from this. The first man found unconscious and later died. The second taken from a river this morning after falling in. It seemingly hails from Australia originally and has spread through social media.

I had a comment on my facebook feed where a mother was goading her own daughter into doing it. The daughter was very reluctant saying she'd be too slow. Her mothers reply - as long as you do it that's all that matters. WTF

Nothing horrible will happen to you for not doing it, you just might get a bit of a ribbing.

I didn't do it when I got a nomination and I said to my dp today "nobody has given me an grief yet for not doing it"
